bulletSolo Base Jumping: For the April Fools 1961 issue of the Hydeparker, I put a clipped picture of my dog's head over Dennis Reiss' and Mrs. Cohen used it and dubbed it "Maestro Bowsie Wowsie." She said that Mr. Pilat came down and asked who was using the equipment and how did they get it out.  This is the undoctored picture. 3-31-59

bulletHow Prom(pt): This is me [Owen Mayer] and Paula Hoffstadt, ready to leave for the prom June 16, 1961.  Along for the ride were Marc Pois and Harriet Gourdine.  Paula met a great guy at Knox College and they have lived in Minnesota for about the last 30 years and have 2 grown children.  Paula's sister Constance ('58) is married to a physicist, lives in Kalamazoo, Mich., and has grown children.

bulletGot Milk?: Donald McDowell, Earl Kitover, and Frank Kahn. It seems that milk bottles went the way of the world after June 1959 and we had cartons after that. People had fun with the new cartons. They made quite a bang when stomped on. Once in a while someone would make a mistake and stomp on a full one. The lunchroom teacher on duty made them clean it up. 1-59.
